No building, portable structures, machinery or other objects shall be constructed or placed within 150 ft of the edge of a road allowance or with 300 feet of an intersection.

Drilling Licences
Drilling licenses are issued as per Bylaw No. 91-1 at a fee of $450.00 for each well and $225.00 per exploratory hole. Seismic testing is exempted from fees. The lease owner is invoiced upon receipt of Sask Energy & Mines License Notice for the drilling licence fee, not the drilling company.
