Boil Water Advisory

In case of WATER emergency only, contact our on-call operator at 639-932-7040.
If you have any other water issues or need your water turned on or off and it is NOT an emergency, there will be a fee of $200 during normal business hours or a $250 fee for after hours calls.
Garbage Disposal
Triways has now delivered the garbage containers to ratepayers yard sites as requested. The garbage containers will be emptied once a month at no additional cost to ratepayers. All R.M. ratepayers are encouraged to drop off their recycling at the R.M. Shop located just north of Leader on Highway 21. Recycling Bin
The recycling bin has been relocated from our old R.M. shop to our new new R.M. Shop located on Hwy 21 just north of Leader. The bin is located just outside of our fence.
Single-Stream Recycling
The R.M. of Happyland No. 231 has recently entered into an agreement with Triways for single-stream recycling in our rural community.
